Elizabeth began her career in financial services in 1983 at Greenwell Montagu and then Société Générale Security Services in settlement and custodian functions. In 1991 she joined Laing & Cruickshank Investment Management (subsequently UBS Laing & Cruickshank) as an Associate Director to assist in the management of bespoke discretionary and advisory portfolios for private clients, trusts, charities and companies. She continued in this role when in 2007 she moved to Cheviot Asset Investment Management. After the merger, she was also involved in the setting up of an open ended fund at Quilter Cheviot. Elizabeth joined Vermeer Partners in 2018. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
