Tracey started her career in 2012 when she joined Tower Hamlets Council in the Legal Department as a Business Support Officer. This was followed by a variety of PA roles with StructureTone, Capital Retail and Gerald Eve LLP. Tracey joined Vermeer Partners in 2023
