Louise began her career working for Lawshare Ltd before moving to Collins Stewart Stockbrokers in 2002. There she worked in the client liaison team working closely across all aspects of the private client business. Louise subsequently transferred into a compliance role, working between the London and Channel Islands. In 2006 Louise moved to Macquarie Securities initially in trade support working directly with all trade desks, before transferring to and managing the regulatory reporting team, including setting up the offshore office in the Philippines. She subsequently transitioned to Client Lifecycle Management, leading the KYC team, and joined Vermeer Partners in 2020. Louise is a member of the partnership's Operations Committee.
